Clarimind Reflection

Talk through what feels tangled. See the pattern take shape.

Describe an experience in your own words. Clarimind can arrange the events, thoughts, feelings, responses, and consequences into a map you can inspect and revise.

Reflection is a private visual-thinking mode for adults. It is not therapy, diagnosis, psychological assessment, crisis support, or a claim to reveal a hidden truth about you.

A synthetic overthinking loop shown on the real Clarimind canvas. Move the concepts to explore the pattern; any changes reset when the page reloads.

You provide the experience. Clarimind makes it inspectable.

Reflection changes what Gee listens for. It uses the same editable canvas, history, and manual controls as every other Clarimind map.

1. Describe it naturally

Record or type the account as it comes. Pauses, corrections, uncertainty, and changing your mind are all part of the material.

2. Review the proposed structure

Gee maps what you stated and can add visibly tentative relationships where your wording suggests a possible connection.

3. Make the map yours

Correct, rename, disconnect, delete, or expand anything. The graph is a working interpretation, not a verdict.

A map of the account you gave—not a map of your psyche

Clarimind can help make relationships visible, but it cannot know your inner life independently of what you choose to share.

What it can map

Situations, thoughts, named feelings, bodily responses you describe, actions, coping responses, needs, consequences, and repeated relationships.

How inference is treated

Possible interpretations are meant to stay tentative and editable. Important claims should come from you, not be imposed by the model.

What it does not do

No diagnosis, disorder labels, treatment, trauma claims, personality scoring, hidden-motive claims, or emotion detection from vocal tone.

When to use something else

Clarimind is not monitored crisis support. If you need urgent or professional help, use an appropriate qualified or emergency service.

Sensitive by nature. User-controlled by design.

Reflection requires a separate, explicit consent step. Withdrawing it stops new Reflection AI processing; existing canvases remain available for you to review, edit, export, or delete.

Private by default

A canvas is not public unless an authorised person deliberately creates a share link.

No content analytics

Authenticated product measurement is aggregate and does not contain canvas or transcript content.

No model-training opt-in

Clarimind does not opt customer API content into provider model training.

Sharing needs care

Do not create a public link for sensitive reflective material. Revocation remains available.

Make the pattern visible enough to examine.

Start privately, speak naturally, and keep authority over every part of the map.
