How usage works

Clarimind counts a piece of AI work when it finishes, based on what it cost to process. Your monthly allowance is always used first and refreshes each billing period. Top-up credits carry forward and are used only after the monthly allowance runs out.

Credits cover transcription and the mapping work Gee does after you speak or type. Manual guest editing does not use credits or send AI requests.

Account shape

A guest Canvas stays in one browser and has no sharing or collaboration. Every account has a workspace: start alone, then invite people when a Canvas needs review or shared ownership. Workspace sharing and public read-only links are available independently of how much AI usage your plan includes, subject to their service release gates.
